Protect vulnerable Pennsylvanians from utility shutoffs

I'm writing to urge the Public Utility Commission (PUC) to protect vulnerable Pennsylvanians by extending the current moratorium on utility shut offs beyond the upcoming deadline of March 31, 2021.

The pandemic has had devastating consequences on the health and economic stability for too many Pennsylvanians. Access to heat, electricity, and water are crucial and we must maintain these services for Pennsylvanians during the current public health and economic crises.
